Simple Indian Recipes are delicious.

Indian food, with its hodgepodge of ingredients and intoxicating aromas, is coveted around the world. The labour-intensive cuisine and its mix of spices is more often than not a revelation for those who sit down to eat it for the first time. Heavy doses of cardamom, cayenne, tamarind and other flavours can overwhelm an unfamiliar palate. Together, they help form the pillars of what tastes so good to so many people. But behind the appeal of Indian food — what makes it so novel and so delicious — is also a stranger and subtler truth. Some researchers have discovered perhaps the key reason why Indian food tastes so unique: It does something radical with flavours, something very different from the rest of the cuisines. The unique makeup of Indian cuisine can be seen in some dishes more than others, and it seems to be tied to the use of specific ingredients. Spices usually indicate dishes with flavours that have no chemical common ground. More specifically, many Indian recipes contain cayenne, the basis of curry powder that is in just about any Indian curry. And when a dish contains cayenne, it’s unlikely to have other ingredients that share similar flavours. The same can be said of green bell pepper, coriander and garam masala, which are nearly as ubiquitous in Indian cuisine. Each of the spices is uniquely placed in its recipe to shape the flavour sharing pattern with rest of the ingredients. Such are the reasons why Indian cuisine is a good deal for those who yearn for having simple food at times.
And if you happen to be in India, then you have an endless scope to satiate this love. That's because the variety of food that India has to offer is simply mind-boggling. From the spiciest of dishes to the blandest preparations, every state has something different to offer. From north to south, wherever street you traverse through, you will find the most simple and easy-to-make recipes. If I start off with listing them all, words and pages won’t do justice. The list goes on and on. But, the mouth-watering state that holds me right now after having given much emphasis on why Indian food is so delicious, tends to make me, mention a few of the sumptuous dishes here.
  • ‘Butter Chicken’. The Punjabis are known to be large-hearted people and they extend this generosity even while adding butter to chicken. They even smear their rotis with oodles of butter.
  • Chakhwi’ is another healthy recipe that is a tasty mix of bamboo shoots, jack fruit and pork.
  • Tengaa Maach’.You can whip up this sour fish curry in under 15 minutes. The next time you come home late and wanna have something that's tasty as well as nutritious, you might want to turn that raw fish in the fridge into Tengaa Maach.
  • ‘Goan Prawn Curry’.Sugar, spice and everything nice not only made the Power puff Girls, but also the Goan Prawn Curry. This mildly sweet, spicy and tangy curry makes for a mouth-watering dish. Pair it with some steamed rice and you have a killer combo.
  • ‘Hyderabadi Biryani’.They say a way to a man's heart is through food. Known for their hospitality, the Hyderabadis swear by this rule and will kill you with an overdose of love by serving you lots of lip-smacking Biryani.
  • ‘Misal Pav (Maharashtrian delight)’ consists of sprouted moth beans cooked in some spicy gravy peppered with coriander, onions, tomatoes and some crunchy farsan. Team it with some pav (bread) toasted with butter.
Recipes of all such dishes are quite simple. Apart from the savoury recipes, there are many other simple dessert recipes. One of which include ‘Coconut Kheer’.It is one such delight that you wouldn’t want to end eating it. One can’t nibble on it, it is made to be devoured.
Here is the recipe:

Food aficionados like me can undeniably be entranced by such delights presented by Indian cuisine. Recipes encompassing it are simple to try and are fit for everybody’s tongue. The tastes and flavours are surreal. One must try Indian recipes. They are simple. They are easy to make. They sate a foodie’s stomach quite efficiently.

Life Is Impermanent

Life – an impermanent amalgam of joy, pain, grievances, tragedies, achievements, moments of pride, ups and downs, rise and fall of people, things and times. We develop different perceptions about life along the journey ourselves, learning from our experiences along the way. Life is beautiful. Life is hard. Life can be a torture for someone. Not everyone has the same fate and not everyone is positive about their future. Our hopes are fragile, they can be easily lost by incidents and constant setbacks if one is not strong. If we accept that life is impermanent and that nothing lasts forever. Happiness doesn't last forever. People and possessions come and go like wind at times. As a famous quote by Buddha, "Nothing is forever, except change." Change is inevitable. Life is ever-changing. QuoteFancy We can't hold onto everything that is good. Not even on the things that aren't good, because there's no guarantee if they'll last or not. So, be content

15 Worst Advice You May Come Across

You must have come across a lot of people who would’ve given you free advice at some point in your life, I’m sure. “Go for that….no, don’t go for that.” And, similar comments and advice that come in like they are the ones in control of your life. They feel as if they know a lot as of experience and that we should listen in order to succeed. Well, in reality, not all of the pieces of advice that people receive are good. They are not all true. No, they are not. I have come across bad advice like most of you too, realizing it too late. I feel it’s your life and your instincts, you decide what YOU are going to make of it. Some of the worst advice that I have heard from my peers and people around me, I am going to mention below. 1. Only hang out with the like-minded people. Having like-minded people around would be a good influence. I don’t think so. Life doesn’t work that way always. Even, the people you understand the most can mislead you or misguide you. On t
